Worse experience with Telkom

I moved residence in Dec and informed Telkom. I have been begging them since December to move my services. The employees were not helpful at all. They debited from Dec to April and I did not even use 1 mb. They promised me in April that they will move my WiFi then they still debited me and I kept on begging for my WiFi to be installed. I even tried to cancel they can’t even help me to cancel. I want a refund for those months and they aren’t helpful at all.
