WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Hi,

I took out a contract over the phone and was told i could do a number change. Its been a week and nothing has happened!!!! Every time I call in i get told it will be done but nothing has happened!!! I will never take out a contract again!! I want my number change to be done NOW OR DIRECT ME TO SOMEONE CAN HELP!!!!
