Worse experience ever

The worse service I have ever experienced, I queried my account because the amount debited was more then what we agreed on nd I was advised by the agent that she's going to get someone to help her to credit my account and as she was busy with me she dropped the call since I've had my telkom contract I had endless problems definitely won't recommend to anyone **** service from the consultants and telkom!!!
