Worse experience!!!!!!
It's been the worse! Just to get a proof of purchase for my device! I have been sent around the WHOLE day and no one was even willing to take ownership of the call. They keep giving different numbers and departments. I feel like cancelling my contract because this is ridiculous!

13 Aug 2022, 03:25It's one week later and I'm still waiting!!! I received 2 very useless calls because neither one helped me get my proof of purchase! It's time I cancel this contract. I can't be paying for something for so many years and then the ONE time I need their assistance I'm met with such incompetence on such a simple request!!!
