Worse customer service ever!!!

Hi,

November 2021, I got Samsung A32 that goes with a Samsung smart watch, they said there is no stock for the Smart watch at the time and should come collect it soon, they will call me to collect. I have been trying to complain to Telkom straight about this but no one takes me serious. All I get is that they don't have stock and they will contact me when they do. I am paying for that watch every month but I do not have it and it's now February.
