Worse customer service EVER

I am so annoyed at Telkom .I got an sms yesterday advising me that my parcel would be delivered between 8am and 5pm .I have been waiting aaaaaaall day for my parcel only to get an sms after 6 advising the courier could not locate the address.When I contacted the branch this morning they had a whole totally different address , I don't even know who gave them that address.I have been trying to call their call centre 10213 and they've been having system issues. This is so frustrating.I swear ,If i do not get that parcel by this month and I see you guys debiting money out of my account.There will be hell to pay. Just deliver my parcel, Pleeeeeeeeeease. Your customer service is the worst!
