Worse customer service ever!

I don't think there is any other company that is worse at client services then Telkom. Honestly.

We have logged almost 14 calls this year alone. They've sent out more than 4 technicians and again this week my internet is or off or it's running at 1mbs where of I expect 10 mbps.

When we call they let us wait on the phone for 15-40min before someone answers and says they same thing. Sir, the technician will attend to this. And they never do.
