Worse customer service

<p>After arranging to have someone come out today to have my line installed and getting off from work because you unable to arrange a time slot for , nobody pitches ! What is most frustrating is the service I received from your customer service team. Holding for 30 minutes at a time !!! So I finally get through to an agent who promises me a call back at 5:30 I later discover has left the office at 5pm seriously ? I haven't even started this service as yet and I am already frustrated ! Annoyed ! Disappointed !!!!!</p>
