Worse company to have a cellphone contract with, 3 months request for cancelation

It is another month and my contract is still not canceled, I've called you, submitted the request online and Facebook, log a complaint and yet you still refusing to cancel my contract, What More MUST BE DONE??? I will be reversing the debit order as I am now tired of asking nicely for my contract d to be terminated. It is now more than 2 months requesting for the same thing.
