Worse company to contract with

I am appalled by the service at Telkom. I have had my device insurance with them since 2019 and trying to cancel in the past 3 months has been a nightmare. I have received confirmation of the cancelation of the policy and yet I continue to be billed not only that my information has been supposedly sent to a collections company to collect outstanding payment. I would never advise anyone to do any business with Telkom and did I mention how you will be sent from pillar to post just to get confirmation of details
