Worse call center experience ever

My data has been depleting and not knowing where it’s going I bought like 1 gig it depleted I tried calling the customer service and the call center agents are so rude.spoke to two ladies the other ones name is Noniko she was very rude this is a **** network and am gonna stop paying my contract intact wanna cancel any subscription I have with them.rather go to Mtn.i asked to speak to the manager they said the manager is very busy with another customer.
