Worse and useless

Hello!You have 6144 MB "Telkom Mobile Night Surfer data" available. 6144 MB will expire on 01/01/2020.i cant use this because am from rural where there is no infrastructure for telkom to connects .why am receiving this data balances knowing very well they are unusable just am stationed far from malls as they claim
