Worse and inconvenient service provider

I have experienced a worse experience with this service provider that I have been using for the past 9 years. They blocked my service on the debit date Friday 23 August 2024 until today Wednesday my phone is blocked and there is no human being who can stay without a phone access for more than 24hour especially if you have chronic illness.
