Worse after service ever.

<p>I app**** for a contract online with telkom mobile talk, they were very keen on helping me.I requested to port my number away,from Vodacom to telkom. sales man said it's an easy process will help me out once I recived the phone. I recived the phone and tried to contact the sales man however he can not be found they can only assist me with new contracts I also asked for a copy of my contract on several occasions while speaking to different people they took my email address and nothing was sent it's Been 2 weeks now every time I call I have to explain the same story to someone new I'm so fed up with these guys I feel like cancelling everything and never reffering my family and friends to telkom mobile!.</p>
