Worse accounting system and service

I have had no luck for two months to sort my billing out every time other person gives me a mail Adress send info and no response how do one pay for service when one is not connected and they can’t find your payments and it’s not allocated. In one month payed over 7 k for a 2600 account and funds not allocated to may account who can assist as no walk-in is taken so how do one sort it out
