Wors palce telkom i am so angry

Worst service ever i parently cancel my contract and penalties on my contract went in log the case after they admit its their fault but still they keep on putting penalties aswelll suddenly their is insurance amount aswell that i didn't scribe. Trying calling them nothing stay away wors place ever
