WORLDS MOST PATHETIC COMPANY

Telkom I am disgusted with your company !!!!! My fiance has been trying to get an issue resolved with your company for over a month , we have resorted to logging complaints on hello peter but all we ever get is a automated response and not one person from your company who actual knows anything bothers to call !!! this is beyond pathetic !!! Not to mention the beyond poor service in our area and every time oh we will log an investigation and get back to you and no one ever does nor is the problem ever resolved ! how do you expect to keep clients if you don't bother getting back to clients, responding with empty promises and then have pathetic service from your call center agents who half of the time don't know anything ! we have been with your company for 3 years and if this isn't resolved by the end of business today you will be loosing long term clients!!! We will never ever advise anyone to go with your company , and i will make sure we post on a daily basis everywhere we can to notify people of your pathetic service!
