Working with stupidity

One word pathetic. I ordered a device. Specifically asked for one with an s-pen. Wrong thing was delivered. Phoned in. The lady said within 24-48 hours someone will phone me back. Stil waiting. 60 hours passed. Phoned again spoke to another *********** person. Still have the incorrect device. Would have been happy to exchange it, but now I just want to get rid of this stupid company with *********** people.
