'Working' on my case for over 7 weeks!

<p>Case number ********** 7 - relating to penalties being charged every month since February 2016 (Billing Acc. ********** 09)</p> <p>Charges specifically state 'One Time Charges'.</p> <p>I expect my account to be credited for all the charges bar the initial fee.</p> <p>I have attached a screen grab of the fees I am referring to.</p> <p>Please update me urgently.</p> <p>Come on Telkom!!</p>
