Working hard to solve your problem

13 Feb 2017, 19:18Just to add to the picture the line is up. Sort of. Latency is all over the show. Outages are frequent and nomrally after an outage the ADSl connection is simply horrible. Today latency jumped from 30 to 40 ms to anything over 200ms with plenty of lost packets. Telkom called me to say the cable had been replaced. They didnt tell me with what, but clearly it has to be a cast off cable in worse case than the original
