WORKING HARD TO GET THIS UP AND RUNNING SHORTLY

<p>Alrode South Ext. 17's telephone lines have been down since 16.07.2016, our land lines have been down for almost a month already!!!! I have phoned Telkom to try and get find out what the problem is and how long will be down for. So after trying to get through to them, and holding for VERY LONG PERIODS, I got hold of someone that had to contact the area manager WHO WAS UNREACHABLE! The person promised to call me back and let me know, this was a week ago already. To date, I have not received any answers!!! Come on, how are we supposed to run our business with no telephone, and not to mention the costs we are have to carry for airtime and calling from cellphones to landlines.
