Working for no salary...Telkom has no money to pay it's contractors

I am currently a contractor for Mthiyane construction who is contracted to Telkom..i have not been paid a salary for work completed in three months. When i contacted Mthiyane i was told that Telkom is not paying them...what do soul bread winners do?? When i posed this question to the owner Molly ND Lungelo who does accounts , i was informed that they do not no when we are getting paid...when i asked for contact details for Telkom so i can find out about payment i was mocked at by Molly the owner...is there not something in the labour law that can help deal with our plight.
