WORDS CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I ABSOLUTELY HATE TELKOM

This absolutely HORRIBLE business strikes again, and this time, I can't even blame anyone else except myself. I was out and had cancelled the account and had no need to deal with them again, until I received a statement saying I still owed money. Not wanting to be burdened with having to deal with them in the future thru debt collection or court proceedings, I made payment twice, only to later realise I had given them money.

TOTALLY my own fault because I clearly enjoy incompetence, abuse and frustration. I of course spoke to the first person, sent the required documents, and they said it would be fine. Two days ago I spoke to someone else and they said they'd dealt with it, and it would be fine.

I call today and, of course, this being Telkom, there just HAS to be SOME ARBITRARY DUMB MESS that needs to be submitted, which is the proof of payment! WHY TF DO THEY NEED THAT???! MONIES GET REFUNDED TO PEOPLE ALL THE TIME WITHOUT IT, AND LIFE GOES ON!!!!!

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

I will probably abandon that claim because this is just stupid, and I will chalk it down to a costly lesson.

But honestly, it is worth is not to have to deal with the literal worst company on planet earth.
