WORDS ARE NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO EXPRESS HOW BAD IT REALLY IS

Their coverage is worse than Eskom's loadshedding. Most of their staff is rude and sometimes of their nicest ones don't even know what they're doing. Their accountants are not aware of the vast difference between R 269.00 and R 741.70. They cannot even stick to their own debit dates but they would like to charge YOU an extra R 202.70 for that. Sometimes I wonder if I ever told them I pe* money so they can just take according to what they feel like... because wow. I'm over then. And the best part is they don't care. Fam, if you can afford Vodacom don't waste your time with these other guys. I'm only with Telkom because I have a contract so I have no choice... once it's through, I'm telling you. Word of advice, get the name of your consultant before you take things further. We've got to find a way to handle matters ourselves because we are dealing with people who think they're Mamlambo. If there are any suggestions please, let's get the word across. There's too many of us crying to just let this carry on the way I see it!
