Telkom service is the worst.

You are not able to exchange a phone sold with false advertising within 24hours of purchase. They tell you that you have signed an indemnity - the basic contract - that the sales agent has informed you that this phone is not compatible with Google services. A basic service you would expect. Then they argue that this was explainded - please prove this to me.

The manager nor head office able to assist. Avoid telkom at all cost
