Wont replace the faulty phone they gave me

i spoke to Lavashnee, whom advised they wont replace the phone i received from dem less than a year. repairs takes 6 weeks and i don't want a repaired phone as it is not even a year, so they supply faulty phones. i want da contract cancelled and i will return the phone and sim, if they cant replace the phone. i don't want an upgrade, just want the phone replaced with da same model. They don't even have an escalation channel that i can contact, and they are always busy to take my call. extremely poor service.
