wont let me cancel contract

I have been trying to cancel a Telkom contract now for 7 months... I went to the branch in Pavilion they told me to do it online. Online the process was started but they are still deducting money from my account without cancelling the service. Ive called in so many times and they advice me to visit their branch as they cannot cancel contracts over the phone. my Telkom cancellation case number ***0 - I don't trust this company anymore.
