Won't change from Telkom to Mtn

Good day, I'm a loyal customer of Telkom SA and dealt with their Cityview Mall branch (Game City) and I'm please with their service. I was actually thinking to change to Mtn but with regret will halt with their store service and behavior I've received. Well i have 6 contracts with Telkom mobile and every time I've upgraded it was done first time 100% with no regrets or complaints. I'm really happy with Telkom mobile and their services. Mtn customer care line 135 is speedy and prompt but store customer service is something that i hesitate.
