WONT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

<p>I have been trying to cancel my account since July, when I got all the documents together and send it through in Aug, I was informed that it could take up to 21 days for an agent to contact me, its now been over 30 days.</p> <p>Even though I have settled my account in full, they are still sending me smses and emails but cant have the decency to respond to me.</p> <p>I am not paying any further for a service that i do not use</p>
