Wonderpark Telkom: ****** useless

****n worse customer service ever. They only have two consultants on the counter, you wait hours to get helped and at the end of all that wait you don’t get what you came for. I went on sunday they said system is offline, then i went today and they said they want my ID. For **** sake they have been scanning my ID for four years now how come they dont have it on system? The have my finger prints also and i have my drivers license. What **** could I possibly do.?

I just need a ****** simcard. Im giving Telkom a lot of money to receive such a *** service. At centurion mall they helped me without an ID last month and i got excellent service. Wonderpark is just messed up.

I told the consultant that i have the ID on my email but still refused to help me. If you want good service do not go to telkom wonderpark.
