Wonderful Technician
My ADSL line issues since 21 Nov have not been fully solved yet.<br> <br> But people like Hermann make it bearable to live with all the Telkom issues. Telkom should be indebted to such employees who in their own dedicated and humble approach to customer problems help to save the brand and reputation of Telkom. He makes it feel like we are family.<br> <br>
