Wonderful service from Karl in PE

Was having some syncing issues with y ADSL line, 2nd time in as many weeks. I spoke to 1 agent who lacked the required understanding to help me properly, but she put me through to Karl, who was not only able to help, but had the most wonderful demeanor and attitude, very communicative and knowledgeable about the options available to solving my problem.<br> <br> It is very seldom you get guys that genuinely appear to both enjoy dealing with customers and enjoy their jobs. I can imagine you know how much easier it is to complain than compliment, but Karl's overall personality makes it almost mandatory to make sure his supervisors are made aware, it is service like that, that keeps customers happy, even though I can't really go anywhere else. Hek, he even went as far as suggesting I look into the LTE options you having owing to my distance from the exchange.<br> <br> This guy needs all 5 or 10 or however many stars you guys give with his next review.
