WONDERFUL SERVICE AT TELKOM

For the past week, I had a problem connecting to my internet and felt very frustrated. Today I called Telkom and got assisted by a very friendly lady, Nomaxabiso Melane, who was so quick and understanding in assisting. I am very pleased with her attitude and wish all companies can have similar people on their front desks. It is very frustrating, especially during this covid period which compels us to work from home, sitting without internet for communication. My service number at Telkom is ***. Not only that, Telkom seems to be a pioneer as well, at making internet access cheaper, considering that our data speeds are being doubled without increase in price. Keep it up Telkom.
