Wonderful customer service

I've been attempting to upgrade my contract online since Friday. It's been one issue after the other. Stressed out, I walked into the Chatsworth Centre - Telkom main branch store, not actually expecting to get any help and thinking of just going to another service provider to avoid further hassle. Imagine my shock when they were actually able to help me. Modise Diretse was just brilliant and the rest of the staff were friendly. Problems solved, contact signed - the headache of the upgrade is done. But lesson learnt, next time I'll just go to the store.
