Wonderful attitude, great service!

We requested Telkom wifi to be installed at our office and was assigned a technician by the name of Jones. What wonderful service, professionalism and friendliness we have received from him!! Throughout the installation process he was patient and explained in detail how the product works. Even after our computers struggled to pick up the wifi signal, he again visited our office to assist and our problems were sorted out within an hour. Please convey this compliment to his manager!
