Wonder if action will be taken Telkom?

Sent through Cancellation forms to Telkom on 13 October 2022. Following 12 emails between myself and *** (REF#_51****6, REF#_***, REF#_***). I have still been charged for November, December and January at R808.76 per month. With restraint, this is an absolute Joke and shows a sheer lack of Management. I would honestly be embarrassed if I was in charge of this department.
