Won't cancel

I spoke to several people and emailEd several internal managers about my telkom mix that must be cancelled and a bill to be send to pay once off as I cannot afford monthly not working anymore none even gets backbone me no one cancelled I call everyday sad thing I went in store cancelled and today I called nothing on system updated also bought a ****le and the sim card ain't working they said they will replace it still waiting sick of telkom that I do even wanna work for them anymore still waiting please just canoel my account and send me a bill on what I owe so that I cam be done with telkom for good.
