Woman doesn't know anything

According to your website, we can have free fax to email. <br> I called 10210 and held on the line for about 20 min before the call was answered. I then get to this woman that doesn't even know that Telkom offers fax to email. She asks me to hold and then a few minutes later, I could hear by the change of the tune, that she transferred my call back to the queue. Who the hell does this stupid woman think she is???? I wasted 50 min of my time holding because of her stupidity. FIRE the stupid woman and employ people who know what they are doing, so that we can get service!!!!<br> I wish we could start billing companies for wasting our time, because my time is extremely valuable. <br> <br> Check who I spoke to and have her fired.
