Woes with Telkom

Hi. I had a Telkom contract. I cancelled my contract in 2016. Then I received accounts saying I owed money. When i went to their offices they admitted it was a mistake and I didnt owe anything. Then I was informed Telkom had blacklisted me even though Idon't owe them anything. I have been to their offices various times. I have phoned their offices various times. No success. I have reported the matter to ICASA and I have tried phoning them and NO ONE EVER picks up their phones at this office. I am now really at the end of my rope. I am unable to apy for credit because of the listing and it seems nobody at Telkom or ICASA is willing to assist.
