WNS, Aegis, Fault repair!! INEPTITUDE all around

Where to start, what an utterly awful and atrocious experience. Way to go Telkom
20 November - Logged fault based on ADSL line going down
Tuesday 1 December - Second escalation after hearing nothing. Spoke to Brandon, last week Tuesday, spoke to technical department and detailed to me that they would be at my house first thing the next day. Still waiting
Friday 4 December - 3rd escalation. Spoke to Thulani (who is a supervisor) at WNS Durban (Outsource call centre) - Made promises to call me back after speaking to technical department and e-mailing on Saturday morning, still waiting. Thulani is basically a **** who should be disciplined, the absolute WORST kind of call centre staff member to deal with.
Tuesday 8 December - 4th escalation after hearing NOTHING back. Now speaking to Austin at Aegis (which is another outsourced call centre). He is also a supervisor. He is only working on the later shift this afternoon but (after literally blowing my fuse) and a 40 minute plus phonecall, he PROMISED that I would be called by 9 this morning. Guess what????
No service since 20 November and me having to follow up at my own cost to get a solution more than 5 times. NOT HOW TO KEEP A CLIEN
