Without telephone and interned lines for weeks

Benoni Childe welfare is a welfare organization rendering services to 2 400 abused and neglected children in the Benoni and Daveyton area. We have been without telephone, fax and internet lines for three weeks. We can not communicate with our clients nor receive any communication. We have reported this every day. This is the worst service ever. Children in need are suffering.
