WITHOUT PHONE LINES AND ADSL NETWORK THE BUSINESS IS NOT FUNCTIONING .
On May 2019, we Reported a fault on our landline *** which is a business line situated on the main street ,Lusikisiki town. Our business is totally depending on Telkom ADSL, as we areMultichoice accredited installers and Vodacom dealership outlet, for our day to day activities. Without the connectivity After three weeks , Telkom was informing that the cable is faulty and it is beyond repair and should try an alternative like LTE or Fibre. Unfortunately this area is not served with Fibre yet and we opt for LTE .Then on August 17th 2019 we received a LTE Router ( Huawei) with a telkom sim card . Until today (21-10-2019) Telkom has failed to activate services on that sim card .Blaming the each other in the different Telkom departments (like Technical and Sales) . Fact of the matter is, the sim card supp**** is faulty but Telkom is not accepting ,They are still saying a technician will attend the matter . Then on the 3rd October 2019 the person attended our call on Technical Department (Ref no: ***) ask me to go and get a new Telkom sim card from a nearby Pep stores and RICA the sim card with ID document and advise one to log a call again and supply the new ICCID No to Telkom. Even after 17 days they couldn't activate new sim card .what a great customer service !!
