Without internet & landline for 5 days.
I wish I could give a less rating than 1 star. I have been sitting without internet or a landline for 5 days now!! 5 days. Everyday I have called them to query my problem and i get the same response everyday (oh we are looking into it) not having internet or a landline has costed my business work & money, worst of all is, today was payday and I wasn't able to put money into my workers accounts. Can anyone PLEASE refer me to someone that is high up in this useless organization. I am actually completely fed up!!!

23 Feb 2018, 22:05Oh yes I forgot to add that on Tuesday they said that they would assign a technician, today when I called them again from my cell phone they told me that a technician WAS STILL NOT ASSIGNED!!!!!!
