Without completed item, contract is null and void

I bought cellphone that comes with watch on the 2nd of December at Mall of Africa and they didn't have smart watch and told me I can come collect it on the 8th.

Is the 24th today. The contract is null and void until I receive watch. I am not going to pay for this phone
