without business line for 12 days

<p>We send a email to telkom to move our business line on the 1s of august 2016, Still we are trying to run a business without a telephone line! When we phone the call centre they put you threw to another number and we just get cut off for 10 days now. When we asked the local tecnition when he is going to move our line he just told us he didnt get a order so he is not able to help us!!! How are we suppose to run a medical business without telephone lines????</p>
