Without a phone for nearly a month

My mother is an elderly pensioner. She lives alone and relies on her phone for contact with the outside world. <br> <br> Her phone has been out of order for nearly a month, We (the family) have reported the problem constantly week by week, yet nothing is being done about it.<br> <br> The faulty number is: ***<br> <br> We are just constantly told a reference number: 581CRZ070116.<br> <br> It seems certain that Telkom is never going to do anything about this, besides continue billing her for the faulty line.
