Without a line
My dad who is elderly has been without a telephone line for the past week.The first time the Telkom contractor came on site,the line worked but the speed on the line was slow.Now after a week has passed they do not have a line,they cannot receive,make calls and use the net.This is frustrating and I would certainly rate telkom a zero!
