Trying to upgrade my line - this means more money for you, Telkom!!!!<br> Been listening to that same tune for up to half an hour at a time at various times of the day for 4 days.<br> Someone, please pick up the phone!!!!!<br> Sent an email - received an automated reply, but still waiting for an actual human to get back to me so that I can upgrade my service and pay you more money, Telkom!
