wish I can cancell Telkom

Telkom adsl is the worst ever. Consant technical issues .. line speed problems .. I am paying for 10 meg line , but whenever I test my line speed < I only get 3 to 4 megs such a *******f Wish I can cancell , but still under contract for a few months
