Wires on phone not replaced
I reported my landline phone not working for the first time on 09/05/2015 a technician by the name of Gcina came to my house when I was not at home only my cleaner was there she let him in and he checked the line and left me a note to say the fault was at my neighbours house, which he could not get access to and I noticed that he had taken the wires that connect on the wall to my telephone, I phoned him the next day and I told him that it is his responsibility to sort this matter out he said he would get his supervisor to go to the house and sort it out but this would only be on the Monday, and he said he would replace the wires to the phone, I subsequently got an sms on my cell phone to say the line has been restored, but I still had not had my wires replaced so I could still not use me phone, so I reported the fault again, I have reported this fault 3 times but no one has phoned me or came to the house to see why the phone is not working, I have not had any service for the last 3 weeks, I want this matter resolved, as all I need are the wire replaced which the Technician said he would replace.
